Columbus Kings Episode 3–Season I– Copywrite

Peter Nelson (also known as Copywrite) has a long lineage in Columbus Hip Hop's history.  From the early day's at Bernie's to MegaHertz' latest and first official album, Nelson began his musical journey as the quintessential High Street kid and learned from the godfathers of Columbus' urban culture heads. An original and founding member of the notorious MHz crew, Copywrite has been around and has seen the urban culture of Ohio's capital city evolve. Forming an original group of numerous emcees, vocalists, deejays and producers during the mid-90s, Copy and MHz narrowed down their infamous clique to five official members by the new millennium. Early on, the group caught the attention of Hot 97's Bobbito Garcia and even the well-known R&B group Boyz 2 Men. Copywrite released his debut album, T.H.E. High Exhaulted in 2002, an effort combined with pervious years of success (particularly with "Holier Than Thou" in 2000 and MHz' "...

Feelin like a million- Beyonce makes over $1 million/show

  Beyonce not only knows how to make popular music, she also knows a thing or two about making money. According to Billboard estimates,  Beyonce makes a whopping $1.6 million on average per live show, reports EUR. She recently pulled in $9.7 million in gross sales for six nights at London’s O2 Arena as part of her international Mrs. Carter Show World Tour. After London, she moved onto Manchester where her three shows at the city’s Manchester Arena brought in an additional $4.65 in gross sales. So Billboard set off to calculate just how much the superstar makes per show. They came up with an average of $1.55 million to $1.6 million per show in gross ticket sales. So when the tour wraps up its 65 stops, Beyonce will gross an estimated $100-plus million in ticket sales. The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour will continue through the summer. Following her international dates, Beyonce will kicking off her shows in the United ...

Celibate Orgasms x Duchess Dee

    The time I stole to myself was orgasmic. It took me 6 months and 7 days to reach this moment. My life literally hadn’t been the same since New Year’s night; when I found myself leaving the choir stand, praying communion would be over in just enough time for me to lay up in the back seat of my car before his liquor sank too far in. The moment couldn’t have been over sooner if it had never started. I never bothered to slip my underwear back on. I broke a year of celibacy for about a good 23 minutes of R.Kelly, The Dream and H-Town only to have been reminded why I was celibate in the first place: trying to achieve an orgasm I never had, with people who never penetrated my spirit cost more time and energy than what it was worth.     My life before that? Under a rock with so many broken shards of mirror trying to recreate a person I’d only ever dreamed of being. I always tell people that Christ found me; when he did, I’d probably d...

@slickbayless x NBA finals x Game 4 is here…

And Game 4 is here with the Heat down 1, the Spurs put on a monumental performance by hitting 16 three's. But, all the talks are about the Heats  "big" 3,  they are not playing big so they don't deserve that label.  Lebron has been held under 20 points for three straight games,  D.Wade is a shell of himself and not playing with his usual aggressiveness and Bosh--well he's trying to play small foward. Give credit to the Spurs they're sagging off and daring Lebron to shoot, Wade as well. Similar to what Dallas did 2 years back and as well as in 2007 when they played the Cavs in the finals. To me it looks like what I've been saying all along there's no structure or team offense for the Heat unless Lebron is being Lebron by being aggressive and distributing. But he cannot do it by himself, sounds like Cleveland all over again. Tony Parker is having hamstring problems, so will he be able to perform like usual. The series isn't over ye...
